My Answer to Stress

Feel less guilt! Feel less pressure!

Make your To Do List at the end of the day, instead of the beginning of the day! Only write down things you completely finished. And have fun crossing them off!

1. Woke up

2. Ate Breakfast.

3. Ate lunch 

4. Ate dinner

5. Read a book
