Pantry Dinner

I threw together some ingredients in a pot and here’s what we had for dinner!

Ham, Peas and Penne

You’ll need:

1 lb penne

1 or 2 cup peas

1 cup of any shredded cheese lying around your fridge

2 cups of either; leftover ham  – cubed, or slice up some deli ham from the fridge

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Olive Oil

1 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the penne. Throw in the frozen peas about 1 minute before the penne is done.

2. Drain penne & peas.  Stir in olive oil, ham, dijon mustard, cheese and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Delish!

For dessert, our family is IN LOVE with Oreo Cookies and Cream Instant Pudding. I notice it is available in a 24-pack from Amazon.com. Tempting!
