Remi
Exciting news on the homefront! For those of you who don’t know, my husband creates music for a living. What a cool job, right? Last year he did some music for a friend’s short film, which has been shown in several film festivals across the U.S. This week we heard that Steve’s music for the film won a Silver Remi from the Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival! ![]()
If you’d like to see the movie, click here: Claymore Pictures
(Click on “watch” and it will take you to the movie – it’s a short film)
Listen to the awesome, award-winning music!
Ed Note: Worldfest claims to be the first to award well-known directors such as Ang Lee, Steven Spielberg and the Coen Brothers. Hopefully someday they’ll boast about awarding Steve a Remi for music! Worldfest named the Remi after what famous sculptor?

I don’t remember him from school, but I do remember a postage stamp that featured his work. Being the son of a philatelist (that’s going to be the title of my autobiography or maybe the new name for my blog when I get back to it), most of what I learned, I learned from stamps.
