Family Recs!

New feature on MIP! (And you know how long new features last around here…) I’ll be posting some of our family favorites – books, movies, TV shows, etc. So, to start – here’s one of our favorite Sesame Street moments ever. Andrea Bocelli sings a lullabye to Elmo.

  1. Kinda creepy actually. He could be the “close talker” guy on Seinfeld.

  2. How can you be a close talker with a puppet??
Go back to your batcave, Mister.

  3. I wonder if it was difficult for him to sing like that while sitting down; you know, all pretty and opera like. I know it’s hard for me to sing like that when I’m sitting down.

  4. Elmo is soooo cute and funny, too. I really love and miss Elmo. He was a part of the alphabet in our house for awhile -H, I, J, K, Elmo, P. How cute is that!

  5. I had the exact same thought Steve had. Sorry.

  6. n8 – good point.
    janet – very cute!
roger – whatev. the singer is blind and singing to a puppet!!
